In starting a new business partnership with your manager, do you often find yourself "hitting the ground running"? Picking up project work within your first few weeks? Have you set aside time to create a partnership with your manager? Do you feel free to have honest and stretching conversations with your manager across broad organizational issues? Do you feel comfortable engaging with your manager in order to understand and liberate the power of your and their diversity?  We know that these critical conversations and relationship qualities are important and sometimes overlooked with the pace of business today.  This program creates the opportunity for you to have that open dialogue and to establish an effective relationship from the first day, creating a successful, purposeful partnership.

inSync© is a transformational program designed to deliver "exemplar leaders" by insuring the effectiveness of a diverse partnership between both the individual and the immediate manager.  Since we know that diversity is not always visible, it's important to explore what the "other person" values; hence, both the individual and the immediate manager are the primary customers of this offering.

The inSync© program defines, transforms, assesses and improves the relationship between the individual and the immediate manager to seek and achieve a thriving partnership. Creating this thriving partnership will be both an art and a science.

inSync© defines a new standard of effective relationships in organizations; the results being thriving individuals and organizations.

inSync© has the potential to create a relationship where both the individual and the immediate manager have the desire, joint interest, equal ownership, mutual cooperation and shared responsibility to achieve a thriving, purposeful partnership.

Some of the program's benefits are the following:

Purpose Driven Partnerships: the desire to have a mutually beneficial, thriving partnership that enhances each other's lives in small but meaningful ways each day and to act on this desire by forming an effective, more complete, thriving partnership between the individual and the immediate manager.

Integrative Leadership: developing an "organizational leadership reflex action" with regard to diversity within the relationship, that has been integrated and centered in organizational excellence.

Excellence in Fundamentals: the basics in career management are healthy. Role definition, expectation sharing, work and development plan management, compensation and career plan, and core skills are all well defined, well understood, active and effective. Both the individual and immediate manager own and practice excellence in these management fundamentals.

If your organization wants to create a legacy of excellence in your field, inSync© is one of the strategic programs that can insure that legacy.

program components

Self Assessments
The individual and the immediate manager of the partnership will individually assess the status and effectiveness of their partnership. Each individual will access a set of surveys that are designed to both assess and inspire each partner to choose and create a thriving purposeful partnership.

Partnership Work Sessions
Both the individual and the immediate manager own this session with consultant facilitation and support.  All partnerships will invest, after the completion of their assessment, in a three hour consultant facilitated partnership work session.  After six months, they will receive a program check with their consultant.  Additional consultant facilitated interventions may be recommended and available.

Partnerships Summaries

Two summaries will be prepared, one by the partnership and the other by the consultant. The summaries will capture learnings and discoveries, strengths and opportunities, and desires and action plan forward. The summary prepared by the consultant is delivered to the partnership.
